Qiana, an Alabama native (Roll Tide!), has called North Carolina home since 2004. As the owner of a fire protection company, she draws on her experience as an Air Force veteran and a real estate agent to deliver exceptional customer service. With over 25 years of experience in customer service and management within the fire protection industry, Qiana is dedicated to giving back to the community, fostering employee development, and addressing industry needs. She believes that great service can significantly enhance people's experiences, stating, “I am very passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service, and that is what we are here to do!”
Justin Adams
Chief Operating Officer
Justin grew up in Nevada and joined the Army at 18, serving two tours in Iraq. After his military service, he dedicated himself to his family while attending community college. He discovered his passion for the fire protection industry and has since become an educator, sharing his expertise with others. Since settling in North Carolina in 2018, he has continued to expand his knowledge and provide high-quality fire protection services across the state. Outside of work, Justin enjoys golfing and fishing, making the most of his time outdoors.

Office Manager
Nikki was raised in North Carolina and graduated with honors from Pine Forest High School. Committed to giving back to her community, she volunteers at various local organizations. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Business Management while working full-time in the fire protection industry. With eight years of customer service experience, Nikki is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment. Her proactive mindset and organizational skills enhance efficiency, and her approachable nature makes her a go-to person for resolving challenges and promoting team collaboration. In her free time, Nikki enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting the racetrack, bringing her enthusiasm and care to every aspect of her life.
